Levy & Company is pleased to announce it successfully raised both equity and debt in Opportunity Zone financing for The Summit Apartments – 166 to-be-built multifamily units located in Scott's Addition, Richmond, Virginia.Working with the sponsor, John B. Levy & Company customized the equity stack, allowing for the sponsor to meet certain idiosyncratic requirements and close out the equity demands of the property. Additionally, John B.
