Sandler Passman is an equity banker for John B. Levy & Company Inc, leading the firm’s sales and marketing initiatives. Mr. Passman is active in ULI’s Council System and sits onthe leadership team of Small-Scale Black. Additionally, Mr. Passman is the state chair for ICSC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Passman worked for 8 years in finance, raising capital and securitizing structured products. Mr. Passman’s other professional experiences include founding SilverStaff, Inc., a health care management company, as well as having spent five years as legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Passman earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and graduated with honors from Colby College. Additionally, Mr. Passman completed the General Course Program at the London School of Economics. Mr. Passman holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
John is president of the firm, leading its equity & debt placement and research functions since founding the company in 1995.
