Julia P. Grant

Julia Grant is director at John B. Levy & Company, Inc., playing a key role in multiple elements of the firm’s operations for more than twenty-five years.

A skilled and accomplished leader, Julia oversees the Giliberto-Levy Commercial Mortgage Performance Index℠ (G-L 1), the industry benchmark for tracking and measuring the performance of commercial mortgage investments within the US and the firm's high-yield debt Index known as the G-L 2. Julia also manages some $350 million in serviced commercial real estate loans.

Prior to joining John B. Levy & Company, Julia spent several years at Thompson, Siegel and Walmsley where she was an administrator for the investment firm’s mutual fund accounts. Ms. Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary.
