Lisa H. Frydenborg

Lisa H. Frydenborg is senior analyst with John B. Levy & Company, Inc. and is well versed in placing debt with a variety of lenders including institutional investors, pension funds, local banks and commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Ms. Frydenborg has been instrumental in closing hundreds of millions of dollars in debt financing for acquisitions, refinancing and ground-up construction. A Certified Public Accountant, her background is in tax accounting, working both in Virginia and Connecticut with high net worth individuals, partnerships and hedge funds. She brings a well-rounded perspective to the John B. Levy & Company team with an emphasis on client-focused solutions.

Locally, Ms. Frydenborg is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Richmond, a forum for women in the commercial real estate business and related industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Richmond.
